Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the nAItives website and, where applicable, our platform services delivered to schools.

Last updated June 2026·Applies to naitives.ai and the nAItives platform

About these terms

These terms of use (“terms”) apply to your use of the nAItives website at naitives.ai (“the website”) and, where applicable, the nAItives learning platform (“the platform”). Please read them before using the website. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Where schools access the platform under a separate agreement with nAItives, that agreement governs the platform relationship and takes precedence over these terms in the event of any conflict.

Platform services

Where nAItives provides platform services to a school, those services are governed by a separate written agreement between nAItives and the school. That agreement sets out the terms of access, permitted use, data handling responsibilities, payment terms (if any), and any specific obligations of either party. These website terms do not form part of any such agreement unless they are expressly incorporated into it.

Schools are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws, including data protection law, safeguarding requirements and any relevant educational guidelines.
